Exchange

Quality is our top priority! If any mishaps happened with your orders, we encourage you to return and exchange your order. Be it a defected piece or your order came in different size and/or colour. Here is how we can help you fixed the order:

  • Your order must be returned within 7 working days.
  • Make sure your order have not been used. Keep the packaging and all the tags intact when returning the order.
  • Please attach your authentic receipt or invoice of your order. 
  • Your order can be exchange as long as the stocks are available or we can give you a store credit with no expiration date for your next purchase.
  • We are not covering delivery and shipping expenses for returning and exchanging orders.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Expect your exchanged product to be received in 3 working days. But, depending on where you live, the time may vary. 

 

Sale items

We love ourselves some sale deals. Unfortunately, all sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 


Refunds

What you pay is what you get. If you get a defected or damaged product you can always return them within 7 working days and get a refund. You can also ask for a refund if you already completed the payment but the stocks are out.
